It's a cramming scam..
The goal of a cramming scam is to create a pretense for making charges for as long as possible. Cut off the money by disputing all unauthorized charges through your bank, and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent your account from being drained. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA. File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
