Awful Service Procedures

My washer(less than 9 months old) quit working almost a month ago. The service dept at Whirlpool are of no help at all after 3 repair attempts have been made they still are very arrogant and not helpful at all.Its like they don't know what good customer service relations are at all.All i am asking for is a timely repair and the customer service reps to be helpful and frendly. This is the worst dervice experience i have had with a large American owner company.Very dissatified with whirlpool at this point.
