a rip on the fabric one of my lazyboy and the fabric is discolored

i bought 2 lazyboy recliners at 172 howe ave cuyahoga falls ohio  the salesman told me 3 different times  my recliners has a life time warranty  on the mechanism and fabric i did not receive a written warranty from lazyboy  i just received a invoice. on febuary of 2017 one of my recliners has a rip in the fabric and 3 different times and 3 different representaives i called the corporate office of lazyboy  the representatives told  me my recliners had a 1 year warranty on the fabric i told her what the salesman said but she said  never heard of the salesman they could not find my invoice in their system and they would not let me talk to a supervisor and i called ohio attorney general and the better business bureau and filed complaints against lazyboy and lazyboy wrote letters to the ohio attorney general and the better business bureau and lazboy said lazyboy would not  help me.
