Compressionstore.com's "Return Policy" is actually only an exchange policy - as no refunds given, even for pristine items returned promptly. The only option is store credit which essentially means an exchange.   I made an on-line order but when I received the items I realized that the material and quality were not as I expected therefore I want to return them for my money back. Have not even unwrapped the items or tried them on - they are pristine and completely able to be sold again. However, in the mandatory authorization for return, they pointed out to me that their "Return Policy" - which apparently they have an electronic mandatory "review and sign" kind of thing at the time of order placement - is for store credit only. In actuality, this means EXCHANGE not return. You can spend more money for shipping the items back, and then more shipping fees again to choose something else from their store - which I suspect would be the same type of disappointment in material/quality that the original items were. So basically my money is gone, I can only exchange one set of undesired items for another set of undesired items, and lose more money in shipping costs. It's a lose-lose situation.

    The day after I posted this, the Compression Store, Inc.'s president contacted me and thanked me for my customer feedback. He said that it prompted him to review the company's Returns Policy and that they did in fact care if their customers were not satisfied. He also authorized me to return the items for a full refund to my credit card (minus a charge for the free shipping initially to me so I am stuck with both direction shipping charges however).

    I wish the president would reach out to me too! I am trying to make an exchange, but they don't answer their phone, do not reply to email and their "online chat" is "offline". I am completely frustrated. I am not searching NC records online to see if there is another phone number listed for them that is not on the website (I have tried both the local NC number and the toll free number - have left messages to no avail!).  Terrible customer service - customer "disservice"!!!

    Update: I found the president's number through an Internet search and he resolved the issue quickly and satisfactorily. I hope they correct their customer service issues!  Correction to the above post I made: "now searching", not "not searching"....searching for an alternate number worked!

    If anyone has a working phone number can you post it?  I've sent 3 emails and a couple phone calls with no answers.  I want to return something and I'm frustrated.  Thanks!

    I have returned an item as requested but have yet to see a credit to my account. Three messages were left on their answering machine, but no one returned my calls.  Trying to send an email is not working as I got redirected to their main website each time.  What a way to  run a business.

    I placed an order on 10/23/2018 and received a confirmation notice from the Compression Store.  The item was shipped by FedEX and according to their tracking number, it was delivered on 10/242018 but not to ME.  I have no idea who received this or where my package is but my credit card has been charged for the product and I will challenge this charge. I have been unable to get a response via email and 2 phone calls.  This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered and I will find another company who sells the product I need.
