In trying to buy tickets to Amsterdam, I booked a Ryanair flight through Cheapoair. Little did I know that they had sold me a ticket for an airport, Charleroi, which is not even in the same country in the Netherlands. And it is 267km away from Amsterdam. The Cheapoair agent told me, minutes after I booked, that I could call Ryanair and get a refund. Not true. I am still dealing with it. I consider this fraud on behalf of Cheapoair. The customer service has been very poor as well.

    Sir, provide the 8 digit booking number and we will look into this. You had booked  this online, and what get's entered into the computer for the airport codes, is what you selected and booked. Your ticket on Ryan air is most likely very restricted with no changes, or refunds. That;s why the agent would of referred you to them, if the conversation was not to your satisfaction.
