Don't spoil your life joining here, [***] management. Firing people for no reason. I am 4 years experienced guy worked at Alandur office and lost my job because of a worst project manager who don't even knows anything about software telling that he is a Technical PM, Silly fellow irritates employees telling silly stories and silly examples that too in a worst language(worst communication ever seen and pointing others to improve communication :D ). He is projecting him like he is a proactive PM and company believes him that he is stuffed and a higher management person is supporting him. But truly telling he is waste, worst, incapable. God should help this company but friends please don't spoil your life joining this worst politics company, if you are a family guy then you will know the pain of losing a job for doing no mistake. Spoiled career is spoiled, we cannot retain that again, don't even think about joining here then your life sucks.

    Dear Friends, the above complaint is a spam. I am working here. It is the wonderful place to work. If you are a person, who is thinking big, with great ambition in life and goals in your mind then i will say this is right place to work. Here you can learn a lot, grow faster and you can move faster towards your Goal. The TL and PM are well experienced and technically sound person. A  sample piece about their quality, they are giving training to the employees who are working in MNC.  

    I will suggest don't trust this kind of spam complaints. Even you no need to trust me, visit the company, meet the present employees who are working now, discuss with them and take the discussion. Not only here, anywhere you are joining you follow this.

      PM are well experienced and technically sound person. If they are sound person why they talk like idiots.

    I think that is not a spam message. I am also one of the previous employee. Their communication and treating employee is very bad. Previous one is written by company people. People who ready to take risk join this company. If you go to blisslogix office also they will treat very badly

    Ask employees before you join.

    It was a good experience Working in blisslogix.Learned many technical things, blisslogix always working on latest technologies. Co-workers and top level management were very supportive.Proud to be Ex employee of Blisslogix.Bliss gave me various oppurtunity for my career growth and I love the work culture of blisslogix.

    It is possible to maintain work life balance in company.
    Learned a lot since I joined as a fresher. The proven fact is blisslogix gave more opportunity for freshers to grow.

    I have stepped into this company as a fresher. I not only learned techinal things but also professional behaviour, how to get on with people diplomatically and how to be calm under pressure to handle things correctly. The management is easily approchable. Very friendl work environment.

    All positive reviews written by company management. Higher management is like this. Ratio between joiners and fired people is high. They not even write who is writing this reviews.

    Just asked two to three person of employee in person. That is the best idea.

    Nice company to work here like corporate culture.who post that spam complaints,they are not capable to manage work pressure and all.good place to work and good place to learn a lot(except package).i recommend everyone to join in this company.

      Why "Test Engineer" , u want to make hell others life as yours?. See the outside world. I can point each and every thing blisslogix is doing wrong thing. If somebody take legal action against blisslogix. The owners will be in jail.

    When I reviewed the code myself there was a lot of technical debt for example un-used code. I would not use Blisslogix Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltdagain.

      Useless company and useless employee can deliver that much. Australia you  are lucky that you got your project deliver at least. Never any one should not get blisslogix sevice.

        Hi Bliss Employee's .....why u used the name "Bliss Emplyees" . Dont used ...u should be ashamed to use it. We should not attach "Blisslogix " name to our life or carrier. But unfortunately we have to as we have wasted our time there. We have done a mistake ....so we have to pay for it.

      0 to 100 employees company.It really difficult to bring like this. My concerns- Need to get the time from clients for complete project. There is chance to miss functionalities due to under pressure and Tester should give the confident percentage to deliver the projects.Then only quality will maintain in our deliverables. Salary should provide based on the standards. Actually I was past employee of blisslogix. Technologies are good.
