Please do not take any more funds from my banking account without my permission! This account is protected by the bank protection and it will be looked into!! I do not know how you received my information to do this, but it is illegal!

    I suggest you call Guthy Renker Corporate at 1-760-773-9022 from 9-5 M-F, Pacific Time. Ask for Customer Relations, preferably Renee (x5517), she has helped me in the past with problems similar to this. I hope this helps.

    If you did not provide your account information to this company, immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

    Your bank can reverse unauthorized charges based on your dispute, under federal law (FRB Reg. E for checking accounts or FCBA for credit cards), but only if you notify them of your dispute in a timely fashion.

    A business's promise to refund your money is no substitite for disputing unauthorized charges in a timely manner, since you have no effective way to force them to honor their promise should they "forget" they made it.

    Failing to dispute promptly through your bank, within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, may leave you with no effective recourse to recover your money, as it is generally impractical to sue over small fraudulent charges.

    Your bank should be able to reach back and reverse past unauthorized charges, as long as you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.
