hired a van today 2nd july manager of bolton branch put in the wrong details witch then we had to get taxi back home to get a different card therefore costing £10 in taxis we were told card was reported stolen witch was not the case at all .i rang back to explain she put wrong numbers in and she flat refused that she put in wrong details therefore we are out of pocket hate being ripped off! so disappointed how we have been treated will never use europcar ur company as long as i live ever so rude when confronted !
