Rebates

Seems like DirectV is keeping a lot of money in their pockets that should be paid out as rebates. Another word for this is FRAUD. Same thing with me. I applied for my rebates before service began. Under their rules, i should have seen the rebate on my first bill. 4 months later-no rebates. Called customer service and they said they had no record of me applying for the rebates. Luckily i have the email with the rebate confirmation #'s on it. EVERYONE NEED TO REPORT THIS TO THEIR STATE'S ATTORNEY GENERAL!  Most states have an easy online process. DirecTV already has agreed to settlements on other deceptive trade practices. MAKE THE PAY, FILE A REPORT.
