They over charged me on a car rental agreement 128725870 in the amount of £25-82 for late return, vehilce was retunred on time. The vehicle was very dirty on collection and bad service. Never again Europcar Pse refund?

    I arrived at Birmingham Airport UK Europcar from czech republic . I was greeted by a polish lady named Halina. She looked very bored and miserable at the time. She was on her own. She decided to talk in my language when I’m perfectly fine in speaking in English. She spoke to me for over 30 minutes about my country and how she moved to the UK.

    It’s not until I returned the car I discovered I was overcharged. I returned the car the the middle of January. I went straight to the front desk and made a complaint. I then discovered through the Duty Manager that I was charged for Value Cover I did not want it in the first place.

    This Halina did not explain what it was when I picked up the car. I feel she was misselling. The duty manager said he will investigate but nothing has happened. I am very disssapointed with  Europcar. I will use Avis from now on.

    I had a car from Europcar for 21 days. This was provided by quote me happy after my car was hit whilst parked. At the point of hire, Europcar took my credit card details explaining it is only for traffic violations and parking tickets. At the end of hire I filled the car with fuel 1 mile from my house and parked the car awaiting collection. 6 days later I'm charged £22.18 for fuel, I have emailed Europcar customer services three times and even taken a trip to the branch showing a photo of the dash showing full fuel at the end of hire mileage. I will pursue this as far as I have to and I will never use Europcar again and recommend nobody else does.
