I HAVE CALLED YOU TWICE!!! to get connected to the matthews store and it takes 10 minutes only to be disconnected TWICE! when they said they were connecting me.
I NEED TO FIND OUT IF MY ORDER IS IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
There is no local phone number available!!
There is no option for picking up purchases...
\I will not be purchasing my kitchen range or Televisions from you that is for certain!!!!!! How can you be in business with customers unable to call you!! to see if an order has arrived:::????????????????
