On the 1st of July I called to submit my damage claim about the leak from the roof of my home, when that technician installed the dish he never came to me and asked me where I wanted the dish mounted,he just proceeded to install it on my roof, I was very disappointed when I saw that he put it on my roof, it's been more than a year and because of that dish now my roof is leaking, I want action done now, and I'm not going to fix it, now direct TV is going to leave holes in my roof, I want it fixed ASAP.
