Deteriorating leather furniture

Purchased two recliner chairs and love seat recliner from Ashley furniture (Value $1698.88) four years ago and complained to the store (located at. 26222 Golden Maple Loop, Wesley Chapel, FL.) one year after purchase about the leather flaking and falling off.
The store wouldn't do anything about the problem and we are hoping there is a class action lawsuit filed.
If anyone knows of a class action suit, please let us know
