Account Locked - No reason!!

I've used MoneyGram maybe 4 times to send my homeless brother money over the past 2 years and today I was locked out.  I used Live Chat and they told me it was due to security reasons.  So I called MoneyGram to talk to someone who said it was a security reason the account is closed and "invited" me to use another service. I asked to speak to someone, and was told there was no one to talk with.  I asked when there would be someone to talk with and he said he did not have that information. I said a computer system did not make this decision, I need to speak with someone, he just repeated himself.  This makes absolutely no sense.  I'm beyond disappointed and it just confirms my dislike of Walmart and their business practices.
