Kindly STOP Airtel Gyan Services activated on Mobile Number 7738164066. Deactivate and Refund the amount so far collected. This has been done Unauthorisedly. Req. yr kind help.

I have been using Airtel services for quite a long time. Oflate i have opted for booster pack to call US, as per updates i recd from ur offices or franchise the call charges were just 50 paise,i have been enjoyng the benefit.Oflate i find if the US calls are unattended the call charges shown is Re.1.20 paise where as the package tells me it is just 50 paise, when contacted the airtel outlets suggested me to get in touch with customer care - contacting Airtel customer care over phone is all of us are aware beyond impossibility and a herculean task,inspite of the carious options directing us to press all the numericals from 1 to 10 not a single time i had a chance to spk to the customer care executive, but my bill is escalating day by day.
My query is : Have u revised the call charge if s means then y the recharge is done for this 50 paise pckg pls clarify,
2.None of ur outlets are well informed to update the customers opting and gng through all ur options in the mobile literally is out of question as most of the users are unaware of the norms behind that. Unlike other telecom service providers pls give us a number to get in touch with the customer care executive directly and not throu gh all numbers from 0 to 10. This is a general complaint and a greivance from most of the Airtel users whom i have been comng across.
3. One fine mng i get a message : VLUV service is active on ur artel mobile at Rs1.5/day, to deactivate sms stop 155223 (Tollfree).-i got this message from AD-AIRSEP. first of all i have no interest to know wt is vluv is and while i have not opted it at all then why shd i take the time to deactivate that, and inspite of me deactivating the same i still receive messages like this, It has been a habit of the Data base sharing all our mobile numbers on pyt of some amount (all of us aware of this) but when i am not interested why shd i receive such messasges and i was also advised to stop such messages by sending a stop why shd i do that, better udont send such messages at all.
4. I am from Chennai but all of a sudden my mobile answers me in hindhi how come , and when i brought this to the notice of ur outlet in II line beach road offce first they failed to trust me but when i handed over mymobile and asked them to verify they were left with no other alternative other than to accept it becz it was true. The executive spoke to some one over phone and the defect got ok but time and again i cant chase the same exective to get that probs solved.
5, Addng fuel to the fire is , my 3G data card (USB). highlihgt of the factor is that prior to installation they say Airtel chalta nahi par Dauhta hai but the truth is it is not even chalta hai (it is crawling rather) if u cant provide the speed u have advertised then y do u advertise and bag the customers that it so does.
I am really fed up and tht is why this big and lengthy kahani.Pls do something. On behlf of somany customers i am posting this as so many of my frnds are not in fb and they dnt know how to bring this to ur kind attntion.
Regarding this I tried customer services but no response and very poor service they done .
