I was on phone with agent who was very nice & understanding. I needed to be transferred to management. This guy was extremely rude for no reason to me. I was complying with debt but I did not have my debit card to give him number so he was very nasty & said I didn't want  to comply with him. I said it with my boyfriend at work what am I suppose to do. Manager says you tell me he not working, I said no sir he didn't have a phone which I fixed to call you guys. Im a sensitive person but no type of management should work with any customers of going to be rude & make you feel terrible . I use to be a customer relations manager. I would never speak that way to anyone. I had to ask for apology& which he did say sorry. Why did I have 2 ask for apology? ;/

    File a complaint with CFPB..
    It's not just bad company policy, but a violation of FDCPA for debt collectors to engage in abusive collection.  File a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  A summary of their complaint records is available online to the public, so anyone can see what [***] they are.
