Scam not used it can i get my money back

We purchase the membership back in 2010 I have not used it once. I have not been able to fight them on the membership but the times that i have gone to see them to remodel my kitchen I had to pay 300.00 for the design which they never mentioned when we joined them. I refuse to pay and therefore did not get anything can you please tell me how i can get my nomey back. They have closed the Corona and Rancho Cucamonga store. I dwill not be driving into Orange county if i have not driven to Corona. Please help!!!!!!!
