I wa in Rome and BA would not let me on a flight as they said that I could not make it to the gate in the 40 minutes I had due to train delay---in the meantime the actual flight was delayed and I could not get on the plane becasue the BA desk at the airport could not help me with the ticket since it was booked through Cheapoair. they could not to a release on their system. I called and their 24 assitance was not available until New york time so I missed all flights out the rest of the say. I had to buy a new ticket becasue once I got on the phone with Cheapoair and held for 57 minutes while they tried to do something they only managed to transfer my call back to BA and they still were unable to help. Total "mess and EXPENSIVE MISTAKE to book with them" Cost me $1200 to buy another new ticket from American Airlines. I will always go directly through the airlines now.
