Sent me Instaflex 90 supply Joint relief without me asking for them and I did not request them beyond the sample I paid shipping & handling for.
 I used a credit card for the shipping and handling fee.  
 I'm afraid they have used my credit card and I do not know what the price was charged to my credit card.
 What do I do with this shipment and want a credit issued on my credit card.

    Most of these "free trial offers, for just S+H" are scams, designed to get your card number, and cram as many full priced charges against your account as they can before you block them.

    Dispute fraudulent charges through your bank, and block the card number ro close the account due to fraud, to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse charges disputed within 60 days of the statement date showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E for checking account debit cards or EFT, or under FCBA for credit cards.

    If you let them run out the 60 day dispute window with promises, you will get stuck.  In addition, if you keep your account open, or fail to block your card number, you may get additional fraudulent charges.

    i like many others tried this joint supplement trial offer and was sent a 90 supply of pills without my approval. the pills have been charged to my credit card also.

    Is this stuff they're selling any different than most of the other so called Flex products out there already? I don't think so. Unless they've come up with some new miracle drug, it's like buying box cereal at the supermarket. Now let me see which one I want.

    I TRIED SAID PRODUCT.  I PAID SHIPPING AND HANDLING.  THE  90 DAY SUPPLY SENT TO ME WITH OUT ME ASKING .   I WAS JUST GETTING READY TO CANCEL.  HAD ENOUGH TIME TO GO 4 DAYS PILLS LEFT.

    I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO CANCEL I DON'T NEED ANY MORE , I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL.  IT IS CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD WITH OUT I INFORMING ME OR HOW MUCH IT COST , SO PLEASE CANCEL THE INSTAFLEX BEING SENT TO ME  AT THIS TIME .

    Along with other people ,I too, received another bottle of pills and did not order them.  So I will be calling to see about removing my nane from your list and getting a refund for this last bottle full that came today. I thought it was my medicine that I get and  I opened the envelope but not the bottle. So cancel  ALL PRODUCT asap.

    I was GOING to order the 2 week free sample UNTIL I read the fine print...it clearly states that you must cancel in writing within 18 days that you do not want to continue receiving shipments at market price.... ALWAYS READ THE FINE PRINT, don't try to blame the company when you didn't read the entire ad....

    I ordered the free trial, not seeing the "continued shipping" clause, and ordered some from Drugstore.com.  (Their price was $20 cheaper).  When I got my second shipment, I wanted to return it, and sent it back to Drugstore, and of course they just threw it away, because it didn't come from them, so I lot $70.  What a nightmare!  The product acts somewhat like aspirin, so I've had bleeding gums and bruising.  They will refund my most recent shipment, and hopefully, I won't get any more.  It may work for some, but not for me.
