Number calls continually & no one there

515-331-9421 calls about 5 times a day, and when we answer no one is there. I called the number back and when I complained she said it was because it was some automated dialer calling. I told her I do not want my phone number in that dialer, and if they want to speak to me to pick up the phone and call us. She did take our number and said okay ma'am and disconnected again.
