When I withrew a dept at the time I was a minor and my dept was cleared. Now Portfolio Recover wants mony from that dept and put me in dept with TD Bank.

    PRA attempts to collect really old debt, often by trying to coerce some small payment that will reset SOL, then suing.

    When was the last payment made, and what is the statute of limitations in your state?
