Emails are NOT an official notification of anything. Think SCAM since a REAL process server will NOT warn you that they are coming. That is also an ILLEGAL threat.

Just received an email from somoneon saying they are from the Franklin Law group that's going to take me to court on a loan through cash advance from 2014 but I never took out a loan I figured this had scam written all over it

I have one of hese too. I am a lawyer so I just tell them that I will see them in court. Do not pay them anything. Get one about every month

I received an email from Franklin Law Group saying they represent Cash Advance USA. They said I took I a $300.00 loan (which I did not) and the letter serve as a formal notice that i am in default of my obligation to repay the sum of $845.67 What a joke?

I have received an email today stating that I owe $986.45 on a $300.00 loan from Cash Advance USA. Email came from Andre Hansberry Debt Collection Manager Franklin Law Group. I do not owe Cash Advance USA any money as I have not applied for a loan with them.

I just received the same email in my spam box from David Morgan of Franklin Law Group. I must appear in court on 10/24/17. This is a scam.

Just received today a email from Franklin Law saying that I owe them money for a pay day loan but they didn't say how much but I am going to be prosecuted if I don't call today and I do not pay and they said this is not a threat....... spam and scam....

I received an e-mail from Marcus Bingham from Jefferson law group requesting a settlement for payment arrangement for 991.67 from Advanced America. I called Advanced America, they said we have been receiving calls from several customers. They have no idea of what I was talking about and they said they do not send e-mails to there customers. I also received and e-mail from Joe Brooks from speedy advance loans. but also said collection on Advance America. Both of these people and there companys are scams, but Advance America is legit.
I received the exact same email from Marcus Bingham. Message and dollar amount owed. He wanted me to pay the balance using a prepaid credit card.

I received a email from someone from Franklin Law Group on Friday, stating that I owe $850.00 for a $400.00 loan I took out June 2014. The funny part is I never took out a loan and I was threaten they will take me to court if I dont pay the amount and that they are willing to work with me by settling the account.

I just gotten a email from franklin.law. group.cc as well. Want me to make a settlement for $350.00. Well, they will be waiting on me a long long long time. I can't believe it myself that they are still trying to get away with things like this as well. I really wishes something could be done about this.
