Last week I have received unknown parcel from this company. They hack my credit card information and without my knowledge they charged 55 dollars on my credit card. I have filed legal complain in my bank, BBB (better business burro). I have also decided to complain police.

They show up in numerous consumer complaints consistent with a fraudulent cramming scam.

File a fraud dispute through your bank, and block your card number immediately.  Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute promptly.

Do NOT leave your card number active, as cramming scams often result in later crammed charges under different names should you try to just stop charges under the initial name you see.

Since the scam involves shipments via either US Mail or common carriers, file a mail fraud complaint with the US Postal Inspector.  In particluar, if they start demanding return of this "order" that you didn't order, file mail fraud charges, and also fraud charges with your state Attorney General.

The "return for a refund" game is just a ploy to create the appearance that "you agreed" to this "order", but "returned it", and is often followed by both additional crammed orders as well as charges for the returned package which somehow "got lost" or "arrived damaged".  Under US Postal Regulations, unordered merchandise is legally a "free gift", and you have no obligation to lift a finger to return it to them.  All attempts to bill for unordered merchandise are illegal under federal law.  This crap costs them next to nothing, so they can throw it at you as a prop in this fraud game with little loss if you let them get away with it.
