Calling my father and my home number

This company called my father who is elderly asking for his SS# thank God he didn't give it to them.  They have been calling my house number concerning my father.  I ask them to send me a letter they won't.  I told them I am my father's power if attorney they wanted me to fax it over to them, I didn't.  They are harrassing me.
