card charged no chips received

Looking at the complaints here from two years ago, I assume would be best to cancel purchase and uninstall game site. Site looks great, games are fun, but don't need hassles or problems with minor expenses and delays for chip purchases. The charge went through immediately, but have not received chips. Is there somewhere to talk to someone to get my chips credited to me or should I just cancel and uninstall this site? Thank you for your time.
