I need to hear from as many dealers affected by Next Gear Capital's illegal practices. WE are trying to convince a lawyer to sue Next Gear for fraud and dishonest dealing. Several of us have had a business ruined by the crooks and now its time they pay up.

      they are just now trying to sue me too, a month with no response from anybody in customer service rep in vacation then they decided to default me. Worst company in the states more than willing to join anybody who got screwed too  3179929545

        Just tried calling. Nextgear is literally putting me out of business.  Putting my account on hold. Not releasing titles. Can you call me. Or give me good # to reach you.

          They are getting me too I just started up and I feel I might as well throw all the time and money away they are bullying and harassing trying to get me to shut down even been sitting on the side of the road watching my lot

    We paid them $902,000 dollars in a 5 week span, then they took away my means of making a living and now are trying to sue me. Put me out of of business and in bankruptcy. 636-312-5096

    anyone still pursuing this filing please contact me at destiny777888@icloud.com.  we are a small independent dealer who has been charged several thousands of dollars in undisclosed late fees/audit fees/flooring fees - and no one at nextgear can explain what they are or why they have been charged and now they have ceased all communication with us.

    I was in good standing , had 10 cars left on floor. I would not give them financials and field rep provoked a argument. They repoed cars . I am trying to find a attorney today
