Purchased a pair of shoes and placed them on hold-stolen in 20 minutes

on June 21, 2012, i purchased a pair of shoes in the shoe department, There was an employee the name of Mohammed. After i purchased the shoes i asked him if i could hold them at the store while i go into the mall and come back. He said sure. I came back about 20 minutes later and when i went to pick up my shoes, they could not be found!!! the manager so called pulled security tapes and they claim they dont know what happened to them. I was visiting Florida on vacation and i am so mad right now. They claim they had another employee there who "left" and they had been calling her phone to see if she took my shoes by mistake and she nevered answered the phone. Keep in mind, that was the last pair of shoes and they had the nerve to ask me for them to look for me anothe pair! i told them i trusted your employee to watch my shoes, no i want a refund and i want the whole world to know about it!!!
