Illegally took money off my Unemployment Card

i have been paying cash for 20 years they said they need to put in a credit card on my account or i cant be a member ([***] want it to pull money out) i said use this dont take money out of it it is my unemployment card about an hour later they put 3 monthly charges on it i owe 1 i called bank said all 3 unauthorized i called gym and was told charges coming off its 3 days later dont have my money it was only 1 week check i need that unemployment money they stole from me
