On March 26th I purchased a Presto 16" electric frypan in the Flatiron CO store.. I experienced extreme difficulty in removing a Waning label which had been placed on the cooking surface. it was impossible to remove completely and left a sticky residue which simply could not be removed by scrubbing with detergents. In the early evening I contacted the store by telephone and spoke with a lady in the housewares department. She attempted to help and said she would immediately contact a manager and call right back. Neither she nor the manager called.
I live 55 miles from the store and cannot get back in the near future. I suggested a prepaid UPS shipping label. Having heard nothing I have written to my AMEX credit card and advised that I my complaint has been ignored and that I will not pay the bill. It seems no wonder that your store has so many customer service complaints registered on the internet.
