I got a call from Nick Johnson, and he pretty much said the same thing.  The problem was, I had a loan with Speedy Cash, and it is paid off.  They called and said the loan was in my husband's name, but they couldn't provide any more information.  Said I would be arrested within the hour.  I asked for more information, and they said they were filing a something against me with the State Attorney General's office.  They told me it was check deception and other charges like that.  Not very open with any questions that I had.  Would not provide me with any information.  These scammers are getting good.

The phone number that was used was 646-332-6260 and he said he was from the Brian Cave law firm. I called the law firm and they said that they have no Nick Johnson working for them.  I told them what the person is trying to do, and they took this number and thanked me for calling them and they will forward this to the correct department and hopefully they can get this person!!! I HATE SCAMMERS!!!
