substandard padding material

I bought a catnapper recliner for Christmas 2011. Within a few months the seat padding had deteriorated to the point I could no longer even sit in the chair. The chair was repaired the first week of January 2013 with a new, from the factory, complete seat pad. It has now been less than 2 months and the same problem has occured. I can feel the springs through the padding already and now the company refuses to fix the problem because it has now been 1yr and 7 weeks since the original purchase date.
Instead of using foam, the seat is stuffed with a loose type of padding which takes no time at all to start to break down. For $700 what a complete rip off. It is basically a disposable piece of furniture. For the amount of money it would cost to have someone properly pad the seat with a quality material I may as well move on and buy a new chair, this time doing my research or sticking with a company that is well known for their quality such as lay-z-boy.
I am disabled due to a severe back injury and require a quality piece of furniture to be comfortable which is what I thought I was getting. Boy was I wrong. This is a poorly made, overpriced piece of junk.
