Account closed, and cannot use them again

my account has been closed by money gram "system" and i am told i am not to use their services again.They are even the agent for Walmart to Walmart here, so that is not even an option now. Security can be good, but this is over kill No one can even give me a clear answer other than the "SYSTEM" closed me down
