I tried free sample pd. shipping for .then get charges  on my credit card for74.99 I did not order more and certainly don't want more .recieve more in mail today tried to call the number and get no help from company at all. If any one has a differant number please post so we can contact company. Number I have 877-869-3310

    Dianne, no one at your company is happy to help any customer with anything.  I had a young woman humiliate me to tears this morning when I called trying to get my money back as well.  She kept raising her voice at me, making me feel like I was an idiot, unable to read or comprehend.  She then let me speak with her supervisor after I insisted and she nasitly snapped at me prior to transferring me to her sup "She's just gonna tell you the same thing!" SLAM !   The supervisor was no help either, did not want to listen, just wanted to keep repeating her script.  She was well trained to do that I can tell you.

    Your product is not helpful, your staff isn't either and your practices are out and out thievery.  Just out to rip off the unsuspecting consumer. Thanks to you, I can't buy groceries this week.
