Transmission repair .

I also bought power trade extend it warranty to cover any repairs on my NISSAN Quest 2004 when it was a little over 60,000 thousands miles, to cover an additional 100,000 but know that I need help on the this repair I can't get a live person to talk. Is kind of the same situation of everybody as I am being reading so is there any way to get my money back from this company? Any help is fine... Or we could make class actions sue. Any thing to make this company to pay back for what they are doing. the company name is CDWS
