HORRIBLE EXPERINCE

well before flying on this airline i thought i will be having high class airlines trip since it is ranked 4 stars ...i faced this during my trip from cairo to new york and return
1-employe of the airport in istanbule dont know english at all and ask me for things they shouldnot be asking for ...they even asked me why i am going to usa...and by the way i have green card....then asked me to give them a prove of my job....which is really stupid and they couldnot read the name of my country on the passport itself since they dont know english .
2-skills of thier pilot should be really checked i fly 3 or 4 time a year...never had this kind of vigrous landing and swining the plane in middle of the turbulance .
3-i booked my ticket through vayama.....greatfull they informed me that i need to contact turkishairlines to know what is the new time schedule for the flight....they never answer the phone or return my call after i left them a message ...then 2 days later they changed the schedule again ...then wheni arrived to jfk i found out the flight will be super late not as early as they need to move it.
4-now it is 27 th oct 2009 i have returned to cairo....and i cant find my bag ....they gave me refrence number to track the bag online...but the link doesnot work
never ever to fly on this airlines again ....now im waiting home wishing they call me saying they found my bag ....
