i am saurabh singhal residing in saharanpur u.p. I had purchased a Whirlpool microwave 20 ltr. Convection oven Model No. 12463 Sr. No, CNC103216881 dated 31 st Oct 2010.  In August 2011 i had complaint on Service centre for non operating of my microwave. An engineer had visited on my place and told that one part is damaged in microwave and it will come from the company and then it will be replace to make its operating possible. But since then it has come to an end of September and after two months now the people in service center are behaving in very arrogant manner and they have refused to repair my Microwave. I have also complaint on Toll Free number and for this my complaint no. is GB0811008387.So please get my microwave repair as soon as possible as only one month has left of my warranty to microwave. hope for the sooner reply.     A Whirlpool microwave (over-the-range model with convection oven) priced at $493 USA plus $130 for delivery and installation, was purchased by me in August 2010. It stopped working and was repaired 5 months later, and again after another 3 months, while under warranty. Six months after the last repair it again stopped working, and Whirlpool refused its repair. Whirlpool's products are expensive and unreliable, not guaranteed to provide uninterrupted service for at least a year.
