Pizza Hut on 7th ave

I called Pizza Hut approximately around 8pm, placed my order CLEARLY and I was told it would be done in 1hr & 15mins. So the guy come delivers my pizza with the wrong order. So I send him back with that and asked for my correct order and the lady specifically says I would have to wait another hour & 45min so I wait... 2hours and a half has gone by n nobody returned with my order so I called & she says "o I thought u didn't want it Nomore" when I clearly heard her say wait a hour & 45mins for my next one. And she has an attitude and says well wait another hour!!! I waited 3hours & 50min in total so I told her no and she hung up. This is exactly the 4th time it has happened and I find it VERY DISRESECTFUL AND IF I HAVE TO BLAST U GUYS N BRING YOU DOWN I PROMISE I WILL!!! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND HIRE NICER PEOPLE OR I WILL BE CONTACTING OFFICES AMD LETTING THEM KNOW. THAT PIZZA HUT NUMBER IS - 3057543366
