factory defect

We bought a samsung aircon a month ago. The aircon only works for 2 weeks. And the samsung service center. It repair for 3 times. Still not working. We want to replace a unit coz we bought the unit brandnew. But samsung philippines so poor services. Please samsung do something about it!
