I have started to receive an sms everyday from 54321 saying that "I have been renewed for games mania _5 subscription service from Airtel" and Rs 5/- is charged to my account everyday.
I have not enrolled for this service by myself, it has started all by itself and is a real act of nuisance by Airtel.
I request the Airtel personnel to cancel this service for which I have not enrolled by myself and credit the amount deducted in favor of this service.

I just checked with Airtel 121 and I was told that the service is still active and the proof for this is, I am getting an SMS everyday saying that Rs 5/- is debited for this service.
This is really pathetic from Airtel. I think these replies are just an eyewash in front of the public. I cant understand why this act of nuisance keeps continuing from Airtel. There is no integrity in the operations of Airtel, here I can see Airtel officials replying that the service has been stopped but when I cross check with 121 I get to know that it is still active. Shame !!!
