Last two weeks Boost Mobile have lost service on severial occasions. We call Boost on another phone and they say it must be our phones, take the battery out reinstall and restart. We tell them our phones does not have a dial tone, so they say type in these numbers then do this, we do what they say, but it doesn't work. Finally they tell us their is a tower outage, and it will be 4 -8 hours. We wait finally the phones come on except for the one they had us punch all the numbers into, it says it is not activated. They did send me an email to say their was an outage problem, I told them over 8 hours ago, and their tech people just took the time to verify that their customers were telling them the truth. Scale of 1 to 10, I find it hard to even rate them.
