unwanted calls / threatening calls

Keeps calling me telling me I applied for $3000 loan and they want to give it to me. I told them I didn't apply for any loan and they should stop calling me. He started an attitude and I asked if I could speak to someone who spoke better English so I could understand what they were trying to do. He laughed at me and started nasty remarks. After a few minutes of going back and forth I just hung up.

I am sure this is the same company and they just keep switching numbers. I THINK they said Money Loans, but none speak very good English.
