Norton 360 Automatic Renewal - an authorised charged

Norton managed to charged my account on the 24Sep 2019 even though my account was already expired. I had many repeatedly attempts of me getting to their contact refund support and application link in their website for refund renewal charged which I persistently doing on the night of 24Sep2019. Their renewal form comes up and disappeared as a flush, I reckon they norton doesn't want immediate refund. I was able to managed to discontinue the renewal and an immediate reply that it will be discontinued by 24OCT2020 ??? but I would like to discontinue it immediately.  Also, I have emailed them back to tge emailed referred on their www but it bounced back, doesnt go through. I was charged  $175.00 for annual fee and for an anti virus that was purchased back 2015. I reckon this is a scam refund comtact number is not being disclose. I am now with the bank for disputing this charged. of how come norton was able to charged my account!
