I purchased a (stupid) antenna online. I called customer service from the phone # I found on my credit card statement #844-265-7136. Here is what I remember her saying. That I should keep the antenna and they will deduct $3.99 from my card. I said no you will return the $39.95 when you receive the product  back and take no more money from my card, where do I send it? Here is what they gave me. F D C Returns, P.O. Box 61553, Savannah GA 31420 using an RMA#12465572835197942 and only send it USPS and send them the tracking #. I called them to ask why they had taken $3.99 out of my account, and why had I not received my $39.95 back. She put me on hold and came back saying they had just received it back (which is possible) and they would send my $39.95 right away, but that they had not taken out $3.99. Trying to find out who had taken the $3.99 out I came across only this from my statement Nexway 5734 CA Nexway San Francisco CA US. When I entered Nexway in my search this was the first line to choose from. When I read Jean Taylors complaint the information $3.99 and $39.95 was too suspicious. Hope I helped, Thanks!
