washer repaired same issue again

Bought a washer front loader from lOWES whirlpool DUET 2010 washer started making load noise in 2012 called whirlpool they sent out a repairman from a and e repair was told tub bearing shot repair cost over 700.00 called whirlpool was told one month out of warranty after argueing a while they agreed to send parts if we payed for service call we agreed. After a month of them sending wrong parts the washer was fixed. less than one year later samething called Whirlpool they sent out same repairmen same problem bearing shot this time repair quoted at 997.14 and charged 137.77 service call that Whirlpool made not me. I feel this is an issue with bearing or the shaft on washer are others having issues with this? Whirlpool will not stand by this washer told I'm out of over 1000.00 after 3yrs. We would have been better buying two top load machines from other company.
