Threatening to bill a non customer

There's a salesman named Korey Huish going around my town aggressively trying to sell dish subscriptions, he evidently quirks die a company named Direct One (who is being sued by direct tv for fraud) . After the third time I informed him I wasn't interested and to get off my property he threatened to bill me. I went to social media after contacting Dish and then telling me they couldn't do anything since he wasn't their employee. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one does business with this guy.
