Don't do business with this company.  I was duped into using them in January and bought a 1-year contract.     They did what was needed in January, I must admit.  I needed help again last week and Good-God did they screw things up.  

Never, ever, ever allow these people to get into your computer.  You will end up being extremely sorry.  

Last week I had Bhagyesh P and s/he began with give me phone number/email in case we are disconnected.  Well, 5 -7 minutes into it, we were disconnected.  Did s/he call back?  Nope.  I contacted them again online and gave the person my name and contact info, we were disconnected.  No call back

I contacted again online and was connected to Bhagyesh P again.  Apologized for the inconvenience.  Then began the 2 - 3 yr contract BS.  I said don't even go there, I am not interested, respect my wishes and do not mention an additional contract ever again. That's all.    Then I was connected to Sagar Malavadkar who was supposed to be the technician. After over 2 hours s/he asked what my problem was.  I finally gave up.  Needless to say, my computer crashed, I was  unable to access it for an entire day. I could not even turn my computer off!!!   Mind you, all my clients are on my computer.  Thank heavens I have backup.  

I sent them an email of complaint and the email was returned saying that was not a working email address.  I used the one on my contract.

I'm warning you, do not ever, ever, ever allow them access to your computer.  You will regret it.  I guarantee it.

    This company make me see RED but I guess this is the wrong kind of Indian. They are based in the US.
    Do not entertain them for a second they are nothing but pushy incompetent a***holes and worse still seem to have a red hot link to Norton who should be lined up and shot with some bows and arrows

      Yes, there is something very odd about this company. Since I have been using them I have had more things going wrong with my computer than I ever had before. I am receiving vast downloads and my computer slows right down. As soon as I delete all the downloads, using the disc clean up, more come back. They tell me they have sorted the problem. For ten minutes. Then it all starts up again. Someone is fooling around with my computer and virus scans can't trace it.
