Ripping off our clothes.

I purchased this Whirl pool Duet front load washer machine in 2010 at Sears outlet, after a year the machine is tearing off our clothes, my next washer machine will not be Whirlpool or Maytag for sure.  I think they should have recall this lemon product to keep customers coming back!
