billing for services not rendered & charging extra because I pay by check

Dish Network charges my a month in advance for service I have not used. They also stated that I would be charged a "late fee" if I did not comply. Also that I would be charged a penalty fee because I pay by check.They go into your account at will if I go "paperless".
