Money out of account without my authorization

I canceled with Dish in July I paid my remaining bill and everything. I paid the bill out of the same bank account every time. They took out $527 out of my account July 31. I sent equipment Aug. 2nd they received It Aug. 4th. I called them Aug. 10th and asked y they haven't refunded me my money that I didn't authorize into my account. They said I had a credit with Dish of $527. I said no I want it in the account u took it out of with authorization. She said let me see if I can do that. She comes back on the phone and said yes I can but it will take 7 business days and 2 different checks because of the amount. Then they said since there isn't a debit card on that account it could take 17 business days. Can they take money out of my account with my authorization? They take the money out real fast and have had the equipment for 6 days now. But they r in no hurry to put it back in my account. It could take up to a month because it's business days and a holiday in there to put my money into my account. Is there anything I can do about it?
