Excessive billing

I signed a contract with Flexicell on the following terms: I would need to pay an annual fee of R99 and a monthly fee of R59. A month into my contract I noticed they charge me R69. They also charged me twice this year the annual fee R99. I called to complain and decoded to close my account. They said they will credit the money back to my account.

A month has passed and still no money deposited back. They also charged me the monthly fee again! Unbelievable!
